    Anybody have this problem? Started last Wednesday, called PLDT but they have no idea what's going on. Went to PLDT office and they said it's a "nationwide" problem, which is obviously bullshit.

    ngano kaha ni tga tawag nko sa pldt technical support ky naay IVR mag cge ug sulti nga naay issue sa amo area dapit, nya they are currently fixing the issue.. pero murag pag february pa ni nko nadungan tga tawag nko nila... basin atik atik lang ni ila para di dghan manawag nila

    my service is back. just sent messages through their facebook and e-mail CustomerCare@pldt.com.ph.

    just had to suffer 4 days of no service.
