    In summary, RA 9372 is only an ammendment telling us that any civilian can arrest anyone suspected of or in the act of terrorism without any warrant. It has nothing to do with FTP-style sa US which can penetrate Terrorist linked bank accounts.

    Well, if you're clean, with no skeletons in your closet, then letting one secured independent agency inspect your finances wouldn't be a problem. Right? So your statement just mirrors what other politicians are afraid of.

    what ever happen to the rights will end when the right of others start.... skeleton or not its my right.... ang problema diri sa atoa... allegations pa gani kung maka request wagas...

    finally! somebody who invoked rights! nobody has business in peeking at anybodys account just to check if they have not been doing something out of ordinary... yes, criminals benefit from it but it is a necessary inconvenience to the gpvernment in order to preserve the rights of everyone.
