really, i'm not into pointing fingers but this is the result of irresponsible wars .... no matter how pretty and delicious the chick you're in battle with, always wear protective gear ...

but the most frightening fact is this

In Central Visayas, Cebu remains on top of the list, with 67 persons confirmed to be living with Aids, and 1,872 others who have tested positive for HIV but have yet to show or feel symptoms.

the word - TESTED ......................i guess this statistics comes from the s3x-workers that have their regular check up ....... then what about those who haven't been tested, the regular people who's very active ?? can we really gauge how much STD has been shared everyday within cebu
Sakto jd ni naa pay daghan wala na account pastilan.. Boss dli na kompyansahan diha sa cebu lage hehehehe pag helmet jd.

The problem jd ani kay way disciplina sa mga tao, pasagad tira ra way protection. Lack of govt implementation sa risk aning unprotected s3x, naa namn unta tong rh bill. For safety be vigilant and responsible lang gyud. Dli rba na ma balik f matakdan naka.

    Uhmm i thought it includes
The Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10354), informally known as the Reproductive Health Law or RH Law, is a law in the Philippines, which guarantees universal access to methods on contraception, fertility control, sexual education, and maternal care..
Really for the benefit of our "roxannes" out there they need to be educated more on having safe s3x esp ila.nang trbaho. Obligation sa atong govt to keep the citizens healthy and well.
