1. How much of the Philippines has to be protected for forests, wildlife, etc.? Remember, no forests, no water, no oxygen.
2. How much has to be devoted to the production of food? We can't live among the crops without severely affecting the food supply, can we? We certainly don't intend to live among the cows and pigs.
Apart from that, how much do we devote to utilities, water, electricity, etc.
Theoretically, in terms of land area, maybe you could build 80 million small houses in Bohol, but there would be little or no food, electricity, water, roads or sewage system for that matter.
