Maglukat jud ka ug building permit kay dili ka makakuha linya sa VECO kung wala ana.

Im not sure if needed sa Veco ang building permit.. naa mi napa himo haus, although medyo tapad ra sa usa ka balay pero separate na line sa electric. Walay permit, natauran man ug linya lage.. sure need ni ang bldg permit for veco?

Yes needed. Kay apil mana sa building permit ang electrical approved plans.

Pwede ra matauran kung below 20sqm light materials nga balay.

Bro gamay ra ang 140T ani. I believe this 42sqm, 1 storey, 2 rooms is a starter house. How about the truss, roof & ceiling on this? What is the specifications? What about the plans & permits expense? I also wonder nganong walay CR.

exactly why i quoted 120-150k boss, coz it all comes down sa materials na pang gamiton. sa akoa gipahimo na extension sa balay is running almost 150k na, we decided na ipa tiles then cement dili kahoy then pintal ug sakto na wiring behind walls and such. truss roof and ceiling included, as I said naa ra sa matrials ug labor cost kay pakyaw man amoa gisabot. We keep it simple and plans it not a probs, permits not included (probinsya naman and gamay ra na ext). Walay cr kay ext raman bro.. so maybe mo add up pa if ever mokuha pa jd ug bldg permit

YUp, sa leyte ra tanan ang materials and all.. na sigo ra namo ang 150k (naay misc cguro gamay take mga 5k like plete2x, snacks, etc). cement na cya, apil na roof ug paint. ang naka nindot man pod kay na hangyu man namo like sa paint ug elect wirings kay kaila raman. suggest if naa mo kaila, kadto kuhaa para naa mo discount or mahangyu ra. then canvass mi mga materials asa mas maka barato, believe me maski .50 cents ra na pero if binulto dako na nga amount so it matters. Mas maayu jd naa kay kaila na contractor kay nganu naa man na sila contact sa mga supplier na maka discount pod sa materials.
