Obviously, dugay na kaayo ni nga post. But since wala pay nag-post ug experience nila, I am compelled to give my experience.
The product is good, maka-save ka sa imong gasto a bit for load and daghan ang supported nga products, cignal/Smart/TNT/Globe/TM. Tan-awa na lang ninyo sa ilang website. Not sure basig bawal diri i-post but search lang for "epinoy load" sa google. Replenishment is good kay online and almost 24/7 kay automated man. Supports BPI & BDO unless of course down ang BPI/BDO or naay maguba sa ilang system.
Ang direct sa ilaha is ang pagpa-trader. I have not tried doing it pero murag "moving target" ang ilang rules. Usab usab.
Naa daw sila API kung gusto ka sa maghimo ug imong kaugalingon nga loading system but ila ang back-end. I tried it but murag niingon sila nga di pa ready ang ilang system. So what I did was to enroll as subtrader sa usa nila ka trader. I searched it on facebook. Kani sad pagpa-member as subtrader, dili ni regulated nila. It's up to the trader kung pila ang ilang i-ask as membership fee. Ang akoa kay murag 300 man siguro to. But I didn't mind coz anyway, I was after the supposed convenience and I was thinking I'll go with the API anyway in a few months so ako na lang gi-think nga this will be my training ground in learning their system. I started reading their blog and noticed nga daghang usab usab. Walay klarong instructions. So I tried sending suggestions sa ilang post. Tsk tsk, nakasugat man ko ug arogante mutubag nga admin (unya di pa magpaila). Despite nga nainit ko,I still tried to be civil. Asa ka anang tinubagan

I will post here the links(and screenshots) on how I replied with Admin's permission. I thought ok na nga issue kay naa may nitubag "no worries". Then a few days after, I'll get banned for some reason. I tried to appeal my case but walay klaro...well, I'm waiting this Monday and see unsay ilang tubag. Nagpa-goryo goryo lang ko sa emails but let's see. I can post how short minded the person who replied to me. Obviously, mubo ug pangutok. Naa pa ko around php800 didto + gi-apil ug ban akong igsuon kuno kay scammer. And I seem to comment a lot kuno sa ilang blog when dili kuno ko major nga retailer. What kind of logic is he subscribing to.
I can post more details here if needed. Let's wait if naa bay kamao ug business sa ilang side.
SUMMARY: Good products but VERY VERY POOR customer support and you can get banned for hurting their "technical expertise" ego. And their admin people think that trash talking other people is cool even when online. And also, they seem to like being praised a lot (egotistic people).
