    One of the best way to hit your protein count and staying low on carbs, cook pan seared/grilled chicken breast. Toss some steamed brocolli, solve.

    sandwich with lettuce, red tomato, white onion, mayonnaise. so much yummy!! love it!!!

    1.) beef + salt + pepper

    2.) if naa kay slow cooker.. pwede ka butang ug lean nga pork ( a little fat makes it yummier pero naa rah nah nimo) + 1 can of mushroom soup (campbelle) then let it cook on slow for 8 hours

    3.) lechon.. get lechon kawali nga cut then i.rub ug salt then i.turbo broiler or i.bake for 40-60 mins or until done.. cut off fatty part after

    4.) salt crusted fish.. whole fish.. clean.. season with salt then stuff lemon sa inside, then set aside.. then in another bowl mix salt and water until iya consistency is like wet sand then cover the entire fish then bake for 40-45 mins.. (don't worry dili salty ang fish despite being covered ang fish.. mo salty lang siya if ma over season nimo ang inside), remove skin, and fillet the fish (pwede imu ma push ang meat from the bone) https://instagram.com/p/0g8I9uwyyb/ <-- hope this will help.. will work with most fish.. pero dili daw advisable ang mga slimy nga fish like cream dory..

    5.) for steaming chicken, add shreded ginger and chopped green onions

    Prefer chicken breast with pepper and some Indian Curry (Extra hot) sides with Broccoli or Camote. Never with salt.

    1 whole sr pedro chicken per day.

    1 whole lean chicken breast, sagolan ginisa mix and crushed fresh garlic. Payts na hehe

    MORNING:
    Meal 1 - 1 dozen egg whites (Boiled)
    Meal 2 - Protein shake

    LUNCH:
    Meal 3 - Tuna
    Meal 4 - Protein bar

    DINNER:
    Meal 4 - Chicken breast (broiled, steamed, fried)


    Pre and post work-out kay the usual ra, protein shake
