I am in the Government Sector. We have a PO for 350 units. Initial Delivery but the plan is 5k units (refurbished). U know how it is in the Government, We give u P.O. then u deliver. We process then we pay u in 30 days. In this case, I fast Tracked it and we already have the Freaking Check coz i dont want delay. i used to work in the Private Sector and i dont want to have the hassle of the delay so in short, we have the Check already. All they gotta do is deliver the Goods, i give the check.

Ingnan man hinoon ko na give us the check first then we deliver the goods :
