    first of all, don't use strong or irritating soap kay mao man na maka-dry and crack sa imo areola.
    then, use a light moisturizer pero if you are nursing (nagpatotoy sa imo anak, bana or silingan) ayaw kay ma-apil ug tulon imo moisturizer (which is bad especially for the kid. bahala na and bana or silingan kay naa man daghan ana).
    so, in this case just constanlty wet your areola (sometimes nipple sad) with clean water (warm para maka promote ug circulation - ayaw sad hot kay basin mapaig imo nipple mora na nya cya raisin)
    also, avoid using very tight bras or kung naa ka balay lang, don't wear bra na lang.

    ahahahahah...ano ba yan... oo nga pala..i never inspected that part of the anatomy before--should it be moist? i mean--it gets itchy sometimes diba...but its just like your ears or fingers...ngali

    it doesn't have to be moist kay when you wear your brassiere mag-sweat man na, so mosamot cya kabasa which is bad coz bacterias and fungi thrive in dark, damp places...

    just use a non-irritating soap and make sure to dry the area very well but only patting the towel (as opposed to rubbing the towel which injures the delicate area)...
