exercise and dont have too much carbs.. As much as possible, no more carbs after 6pm and eat or drink fresh apple juice every after meal. Apple burns fats.

				pull-ups ug push-ups. when you do pull-ups bend your knees too so that it touches your abs and repeat it several times. sure ko mugamay ang imong tyan ana kay mao na ako problema sa una dakog tiyan pero gamayg lawas mao nag-workout ko kay lain man gud tanawon mura ko ug gibitok.
