Comp Sci = the science of computers, that means, programming, theories (ex: Object Oriented, Compiler designs, OS designs, digital design, etc.)
Information Technology = More on the Info Tech or the transfer of information, like networking, database admin, network admin and anything related to internet including website design and development, maintenance and yeah multimedia too.

Full-stack: From back-end side(server side, scripting, databases, etc.) to front-end(aesthetics, responsiveness, & mga uban pa pa choi2 sa site). Example ra ni sa web development haa. Pretty much everything that needs to be done to a site to make it reaaaaaaallllyy functional, except graphics & content.

Please also realize that I didn't say ComSci is all about Web Development, its not even all about programming/code. Keep in mind that Computer Science is not limited to computers(technically the PC, the thing we pretty much use everyday).

As to where you led me, your post doesn't even say when it was established.
