Litter registration is different, it's the breeder's responsibility. Once you turn over the pup to the new owner with the certificate, just make sure you sign at the back and it's up to the new owner of the pup to process the transfer of ownership papers. I spent under 2k because I had to apply for membership plus I had late fees. But they were quick if you follow it up. You can give them a pm on their facebook page. The fees are also posted on their website.☺
