I tried sending a few messages and emails to the person in charge of Grandeur but never received a single reply. I think a good customer service will make the business better. Even if the resort is fully booked, a reply would've been great instead of completely ignoring your inquiry and leave you hanging. My thoughts.

Last april kay 3 man to kabuok amo nabook na room.. Grandeur, Magic, and the other one next to Magic pud..
