I completely agree. There are so many factors that come into play when it comes to purchasing a home. The location, the price, the size. You also need to figure out if the purchase is a good investment. I think the most important piece the the puzzle when buying a new home is to have a real estate agent that you trust. Someone that is just looking to make a sale can have you lose money, or worse get you stuck with a home you're not totally satisfied with.
