    Okay ra mana ang mga protein supps or any other supps, as long as maka afford ka. Pero imo, labi na kung bata paka, kaon na lang ug healthy whole food. Mas maka tipid ka, and mas daghan paka ug sustansya makuha. Supplements are to be used as replacements if you do not get to meet the number of nutrients you need from whole food. If makuha nimo from whole food, mas maayo!

    Like what I said, if makaaford ka okay rana pero dili advisable.

    Like what I said sa post sa taas, mas maayo boss if ikaon na nimo ug whole food ang imo ipalit ug mass gainer. Ang mass gainer is a high calorie, high carb, high pro and fat, added with some vitamins, glutamine, and some creatine. Which is makuha ra nimo tanan by eating whole food. Let us say you take one scoop of mass gainer around 1,250 clories, pwede raka mukaon ug usa ka bowl nga batchoy ana.

    What's important and we, the people posting here who give advice, always emphasize, know your macros/ daily caloric intake and breakdown. Once naa nakay numbers, eat in excess, add maybe 500 calories sa imong nacompute. Use MYFITNESSPAL app, kay super gamit kaayo sa pagtrack sa imo nakaon.

    Body weight exercises are also good if wala ka nag gym, add squats and bench or chair dips to it.

    Basta gaon daghan, dili pababoy, and excercise is the key

    Yes you can if focus ka u can even gain weight bisag wlay supplement bsta tinood lang imong exercise, naa koy gi train karon 1month+ nami akoy mo reklamo usahay kay gusto niya kada adlaw. Y supplement w/ proper set up and programs.. Ang amaw nidako na karon nag sol ob nag bodyfit! Dako kaau kausaban!
