I can ping the default gateway and DHCP server which is 192.168.224.1 but not the DNS Server which is 203.87.128.3

bro, with this situation try to ask them to come to your house and fix the said problem. tell them to change your radio transmitter. (maybe you got problems in hardware)

just like in my situation. first day pa gani down na! it was connected on a sat. pag money i asked them to fix. once they change the hardware (radio) didto na ko ka connect.. basin hardware ang imo probs!

sa ako sad sa time na d ko ka-surf but nasugdan na ang video stream di na maputol ang video but ma-logout ko sa yahoo messenger and also di na ko ka-surf and can't even ping the 203.87.128.3 but ang video stream padayon

i agree with HybernaTe, do what he suggested above. I think there's something wrong with their dns server kay sa time na di na ka surf di na sad ka maka ping sa 203.87.128.3 which is the dns server

I dont think its a hardware issue on my side, because blitz is also encountering the same problem and we belong in the same area. Maybe the problem is with their base site here in Mabolo. If it were a problem with hardware on my side, I would have been the only one encountering the problems ... Plus I called their office and they confirmed that they were down in the Mabolo area since the 26th ..... and that the problem is with Manila .... which I doubt.

sa karon lang adlawa Sun April 30 kaduha ko di ka-surf mga less than 30 mins buntag and another in the afternoon and as usual dns server is the culprit since i can't any longer ping the 203.87.128.3

call meridian na lang nya insist to have them send a technician over your house to troubleshoot your problem.

na try na nimo ipconfig /flushdns, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew or right click the network icon in the system tray and click on Repair
