Di man madala. People own dogs to guard over their houses pero dili sad hinuon nila i-train. Saba kaayo ang mga iro, and even to the point nga gabii nang dako nya murag naa sad silay kaugalingon na version sa fight club na gibuhat.

Long story short, need a silent sanctuary. Do you guys know where I can buy some earplugs? Disposable foam ones or something else nga affordable that helps reduce the loudness of it all. Any help would be appreciated.

You can also try sa hardware (ace, handyman) the earplugs worn for construction (jackhammer, drills, etc) sa may safety gear section. i also wear earplugs at night kasi i'm a very light sleeper
