I think religion gives meaning to moral ascendency... without it we will be living like in Clash of Clan lol. Who will dictate that killing/raping/thieving etc are bad ?

Everything that governs-rules, regulations and morality are based on religious discipline.But we have to accept the fact that it became an instrument a mechanism that creates conflicts/disagreement might be in relation to ideology and practices, even for personal interest among rulers. Anyway it’s undeniable that as we expand, there is no unity among people. That’s human nature..

Im not denying that there is no religious conflict. Certainly when we belong to a family, clan, group, religious denomination, nationality etc. there is that tendency of conflict arising from opposing interests. Eg. The crusades where launch cause of Christian persecutions and restriction of travel to the Holy Land by the Muslim... but since then the Church had been apologetic about it and theres a condemnation of their action and other Christian violence. The issue here is there is RESOLVE.

I dont think we can find resolve (in a positive way) if we are living in a world without religion... the weak will only end up dead or enslave; lawlessness will rule the land; people will probably be praying over a mortal god kings; the concept of forgiveness is not applicable; & many to mention probably to sum it up its HELL on EARTH
