well aleyson, i think you are the one who cant get over the fact that someone can actually use a panty liner everyday without getting an infection. panty liners are made to aid feminine hygiene .they are not made with some infection causing bacteria. so if one gets UTI while using panty liner, its not the panty liners fault but the one whos using it. maybe she walks around with the same panty liner for 3 days and doenst even care about changing it? of course thats like asking for an infection. anything we put or use down there can be potentially harmful if we dont know how to use it properly. it's not the product itself, but the misuse and the ignorance of the one whos using it. hygiene is not all black and white. it requires common sense.

you know what? my job allows me to look into people's medical records and i cant even count how many vaginal infection cases i see everyday and this thread actually helped me to understand why.
