Windows could not update the computer's boot configuration

guys patabang ko ninyo unsaon ni nako.... after nakog suway ug reformat then install new OS (windows 7 ult) dili sya mo complete mao ni ang mo gawas.

ga reformat ko kay naa issue akong Hard disk mao ni syahttps://www.istorya.net/forums/comput...need-help.html (wont reboot! need help) so i decided na e reformat nalang.

gi reformat na nako ang partition then delete same gihapon dili mo complete ang installation
what should i do guys?
