One solution..try lang
1. Open My Computer –> C drive –> Windows –> System32 –> Locate gpedit.msc file and run it
2. While you have opened Group Policy see in the left panel and in the User Configuration Expand Administrative Templates and select Start Menu and Taskbar

3. In the right pane locate Remove Run Menu from Start Menu and double click it

4. Select Disabled in the properties dialogue and press apply then OK
unsa ang imong OS gigamit? kay murag dili man cguro mka gpedit kung xp home imo OS....
im using windows xp service pack2

ok, so unsa na imong nabuhat nga wala japon ni work? have you done gpedit.msc or right clicking on taskbar for taskbar and start menu properties? hinay2x lang ta ug isolate bro.... because gpedit can already fix your problem kung xp pro imong gigamit
mao na ning pinakasayon na solusyon sa imo problema. i personally hate doing "click>start>run". but if you really want that run button, and the gpeditor aint helping you, you have to go to the registry and enable it. there are small programs that will that for you. go google it.Originally Posted by eax
