grabe ka gamit ang myfitnesspal nga app! recommend pud ko ana.. ma kita nimo aside from the total calories ug ang micro nutrients goal nimo if ma hit nimo ang goal sa carb, protein and fat ratio..
foods that helps you lose weight is all about choices and quantity... the "cleaner" the food mas effective siya
for carbs you can have a choice of kamote, rice (white, brown, red, black and ect) okay rah.. if you want unlimited go for green leafy veggies, pechay, cabbage, lettuce, broccoli and ect.. (blanched).. avoid sugar and processed food
protein..... meat & fish, avoid fried.. go for grilled, broiled or baked you can't really go wrong, leaner the better
fats.. kung sa auto pa ni.. mao ni ang lubricant sa lawas.. or at least think of it that way.. we need it.. extra virgin olive oil is a good choice pero kung mahal siya extra virgin coconut oil is also very good, other choice is canola oil, sunflower oil and nuts. you don't need much only a tablespoon 3x a day.. pero if medjo fatty2x ang protein you can cut back or di na mo drink.. must be cold(in oil form wala gi init or unsa)
note on carbs: whole wheat bread usually i.mix nah with all purpose flour, lesser evil siya than regular bread.. for me mas better mag rice nalng
note on protein: dagahan debate about beef being fatty, yes it's fatty just kick back on the fat source in take,
note 2 on protein: for me healthy man ang lechon.. because it's roasted not fried... just trin the excess fat off
Gamit jud kayo ang MFP. Ang ako lang ta mas ganahan kay kung mag add silag option nga per grams ang pag adjust sa macros, and not percentages.
Basically, what P-chan said. Ayaw kahadlok ug fats kay kelangan na sa imo lawas para sa autoregulation sa mga hormones. Of course you must know how much fat you need to take daily. Not much into taking tbs of oils, I get it from peanut butter and whole food.
As for carbs, people react differently to carbs. Some loose fat fast if you drastically lower carbs, some don't. Remember to know how much you need daily. You can get it from potatoes, kamote, green veggies, whole wheat breads. I try to minimize rice, I can't stop eating them. lol
As for protein, try to buy the leanest cuts either beef or pork, tanawa sa internet using mga cuts ang pwede. If mangutana ka nako, I'd rather eat chicken breast, fish, tofu. Mao na ako daily diet.. occasionally nay pork, nay beef pero kana lean. Of course, di mana maiwasan ang party or mangaon mo sa gawas, just try to stick as much as possible to how much you eat everyday and kung unsa nga meat imo kanon. If masobra sa tdee, consider it as cheat day. Pero ayaw sad pag cheat day ug more than 2 a week. di nana diet
Know first what body form you have now.
ECTOMORPHS: High metabolism and higher tolerance to carbohydrates. In general, ectomorphs tend to do better on high carbohydrates, moderate protein and fat. Typically, ectomorphs resemble the build of lean and lanky long-distance runners.
MESOMORPHS: The most balanced of the three, mesomorphs can build muscle and maintain low fat levels. Their body likes a balance of carbs, fat, and protein.
ENDOMORPHS: Endomorphs are reminiscent of powerlifters who have a slower metabolism and tend to hang on to both muscle mass and fat. They do quite well on high fat and lower carbohydrate intake.![]()
