Last Pay from previous work inquiry

Mga masters, ask lang ko if unsa dapat ang move na akong buhaton sa ako na case.

Mi resign man gud ko sa ako previous company last June 2014, then until now, wala paman nila gi release ako last pay.
Cleared naman pod ko didto but if ako i follow up, ingnon lang ko nga naa pa daw sa accounting ako last pay kay gi compute pa daw.
Almost 1 year na gud to then wa pa jud.
Wa man sad ko ni violate didto sa ila policy kay gisunod man nako ang proper nga pamaagi sa pag resign.

Please give me advice.

They were probably waiting for year-end Boss @jumong for your 13th month pay and tax refund.
Supposedly, last week of Jan or 1st week of Feb, dapat na-settled na ni nimo.

yes sir. last salary for rendered days, tax refund and etc..

tawagi ang accounting and HR or send them an email with the a scanned copy of your completed clearance. Unfortunately dili clear sa labor code kung kanus-a dapat mahatag ang last pay pero most companies kay 30-45 days from date of clearance completion.

1.) Salary - Days nga imong g worked until effective na imong resignation (e.g 30 days nga g render)
2.) 13th month - For months nga imong g work (e.g Jan - March = 3*(salary)/12 = (expected pay))
