You can actually get your last pay by right. Unless you did something to the company like damages that you need to pay for.

The law provides that you need to render 30 days of work before resigning and besides you have signed up a contract that you need to render 30 days. You can negotiate to the management. You can negotiate na you won't take your last pay na lang so that they will approve your immediate resignation, that's the most logical and ethical thing to do in this situation. Kay they will spend man sad in finding a new replacement sa imuha. Imuha gyung clearance ana madaot brad and imu credibility as an employee.
