Now, regarding BBL, I dont think it will bring peace in the long term.
It will be a paradise for terrorist networks esp. From outside the country,

Those people who are against BBL are not for peace because BBL will surely end th rebellion of MILF. The reason they are against is pure JEALOUSY. They complained why only the Muslims is given priority of BBL and why not include CEBU, we also want to be a federal state. See, they hate the muslims for that.

Funny. Hehe.. So BBL will only end the rebellion of MILF. Fine, only?. So for you MILF is an ordinary rebellion just like the ASG, BIFF?How about these small rebel groups ... Again, If not BBL what is your altenative solution for MILF, asked Pnoy in Edsa last Feb. 25. Do you have solution for ASG and BIFF? Of course we will wipe them out thru all out war, because they are bandits, criminals, seccessionists, kidnap for ransom group. Theres no place for peace negotiation for thse barbarians. The MILF want peace and their only demand now is BBL. And for that we do peace talks to them.. IF MILF surrender may not bring total peace in Mindanao, does rejection of BBL will appease all revolutionary groups?

and i agree. there is no surefire formula to get that most coveted peace in mindanao, but it has to start somewhere.
