Is it possible to fix a ups battery (dili na mo backup power if mo brownout)? I know naay mapalit battery but ive seen sa youtube gi refill ra ug distilled water ang battery is it safe or anyone who tried it? Murag daghan na jd ni ga pile dri mga ups nako huhu.

YES you can replace the battery easily basta ok pa ang unit. Unsay brand sa imong UPS? kay naka try ko atong model sa APC na ups bati kaayo kay after nakatambay ug pila ka months after di na mo backup cya, pag ilis nako ug battery ni on lang ug kalit then ni spark then di na hinoon mo on ug backup. Ako gi uli ang battery diin nako palita along with the unit ang nahitabo dead na akong APC ups mao wa nako mo buy ato na model.

Kuhaa ang battery or i post ang actual model sa imong UPS brand then basin naay nahibalo asa ta kapalit ug UPS battery. Daghan man namaligya diri like CRX from wiredsystems. Kay didto manko tig palit niya pud.

its better to replace the battery rather than fixing it on your own. Their are stores that sells batteries for UPS All Batteries and Battery Kingdom is an example,they can install it for you free of charge. i just replace a busted battery for my APC Backup ES-500 last dec. 2014.

sa battery kingdom ko ni palit. they have two types one cost around 1500 pesos(japan) and the other around 6 - 7 hundred pesos(forgot were its made) gi try nako ang 7 hundred so far ok man wala pay issues.
