Looking for a venue to hold a 2-day fencing tournament over a weekend in October 2015
Needs...
- at least the size of a basketball court plus room for a crowd
- size of two basketball courts would be better
- cool area... with air conditioning would be nice but an open but covered area is also ok
- non-slip floor (no carpet)
- we'd be allowed to tape lines on the floor
- power and outlets for 5~6 scoring machines plus computer equipment
- clean toilets and hopefully change areas
- allowed to bring in food/drinks for athletes
- accessible in Cebu City
- safe parking
- affordable... budget of ₱5,000~₱10,000max/day including whatever necessary add-on fee
- if possible the site is willing to sponsor the event venue for free or at least a discounted rate
The event is the Flores Cup 2015... this is the third year we are holding this invitational tournament with fencing teams and schools from around the Philippines and organized by the
Cebu Fencing League
