I say let the Invisible Hand of the Market work. This is competition. Ayaw mo anang sabot2x oi. Ako, for one, support competition.

NAGSABOT Mana sila. Nya mosugot mo ana? Magsabot silang tanan? Kinsa may louy? Kita diba? Mahal Gas = Strike = Mahal Plete.

    LET THE COMPETITION RULE!

I would say that we let the customers decide for themselves lang asa sila mo patronize. While let the inet owners figure it out unsa ang maka pa dani sa customers. Yeah, some can lower their prices pero most of the time kay ang mga units pud ana old school na. Gamers want more for their money. So as an inet owner, time to upgrade your components to better ones. It's a surefire way to get the customer's attention.

Just wanna share something and this is based on my friends personal experience.

He has inet cafe. 15 units. He used the cheapest specs available (some were even second hand) after a year kay nag increase siya sa price niya to 15/hour kay mahal ang nabayad niya sa pag renew sa business permit. Since he was the only inet in the area obviously walay choice ang customers. Now, 3 years later, 6 out of 15 nalang iyang units nanga guba na since cheap units man iyang gamit. He was thinking of "upgrading" but is still considering the cheap (and second hand) ones para sa upgrade. Wise choice? I think not. He's going to be making the same mistake again.

Kung mag invest man lang gani ka, go for durable and latest ones nalang.

IMO, in any business there's always a what-so-called "competition". If your point is magsabot2x tanan pisonet owners, the competition is gone. There's always a comparison like what @ghostie2472. People has their freedom to choose kung unsang inet cafe/pisonet ila i-patronize - mapa mahal man or mapa barato. And oh, face the reality na in any business there is no such word as "fair" - as well as life though. Naa ra jud na sa mga owners on how to upsell there business. There are techniques or strategies kumbaga. Hear your customers wants and needs - not essentially to give them what they really want and need. Weigh the pros and cons.

And oh, I am into inet cafe sauna for about 5 years 'till nag decide me to close the shop due to we cannot compete in terms of upgrading rigs kay katong mga panahuna sauna, halos every month naay new upgrades sa hardwares and new games. I can compete lang in terms of updating games (but not hd's), the net connection and pc peripherals. So mao ra to, opinion lang nako na ts.

Among internetan tanang kopetencya namo 10/hr.

The problem is that there is no barrier to entry to the internet cafe business. It's easy to start- anyone can do it. So more and more competitors will enter the market until profit drops to zero. Basic economic theory.
