pwede ra ka mag self study.. tuon lng ka how to design in photoshop, then convert that design to html pages. with a nice html template pwede na nimo ma-publish and make money online... and if you program sad.. learn php so you can integrate your designs with wordpress, joomla or drupal cms to make it more dynamic.
