as per legal counsel, no blotter, didn't happen albeit dishonest.. besides, you can also fight it in court if it should go there kay what happened was an accident and not your fault.. although be sure lang pud kunu that the parking area is really a parking area kay that would come into play.. so, you can talk to the cager about it.. i think both of you naa may damage, mas mahal lang jud ang ila but that comes with the territory..
