unfortunately, the site is mostly in indonesian although some pages have english translation. EJ was a sponsor of the 2002 World Cup (football) & Cristiano Ronaldo, a famous Portugese football player now playing for Manchester United endorses it. so, i don't see any reason to believe that this product is harmful.
