These two companies wouldn't want big players to grab their prized pool of manpower. While Davao is enjoying growth in BPO, CDO isn't.

If we base this on factual statistics and not your mere visual assesment, you're WRONG.

Makati, Quezon City, Manila and Pasig are consistently the four cities with the highest total tax revenue. The next four are Paranaque, Pasay, Mandaluyong, and Caloocan. Also in the top 10 is Davao, with Muntinlupa rounding up the top 10 in 2008 and Cebu in 2007.

Granted, these are not the latest stats, but I can't find them right now. If you can show me some links with more recent reports (2013-2014) showing CDO has outranked Davao, I'll be all ears. Until then, you must accept the fact that you're dead wrong.

I highly doubt na naa ka idea about economic activities between the two. Davao is consistently in top 10 sa highest tax revenues in all cities diri sa Pinas. Kung muingon ka kay mas dako ang Davao, check per Capita income. More than a decade ko nag stay sa Davao, wala pa jud ko nakawatan didto bisan cge mabuntagan. Wala pa 1 year sa Cebu nakuotan nko iphone. Gi trace nako, lumad taga Ermita, Cebu. Been around Philippines, specially in Mindanao (North & South Cotabato, Cot City, Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat, Gensan, CDO, Bukidnon, Cebu, QC, Manila, etc) way maka pildi in terms of Security sa Davao City.
