Dili man company ang EMGOLDEX PHILIPPINES.. There is no such company... It is just a group of clients of EMGOLDEX which is an offshore company diri sa Pilipinas.


So it is true that the EMGOLDEX PHILIPPINES is not a company. But it is not true that EMGOLDEX is a fake company..

EMGOLDEX PHILIPPINES is not in anyway connected to EMGOLDEX.

If you're going to read well the document that SEC has issued, SEC was referring to EMGOLDEX PHILIPPINES, NOT EMGOLDEX which is a legit offshore company.

To say that the members are traders of gold is not true. How can they justify the 5X to 10X earnings in just 2 to 3 months when gold prices are dropping or close to stagnating at $1,200/ounce? Another question, after buying gold, did any member sell it to earn profit? Or are recruiting in order to earn? It's another ponzi scheme using the excuse "we're gold traders".
