Dili man company ang EMGOLDEX PHILIPPINES.. There is no such company... It is just a group of clients of EMGOLDEX which is an offshore company diri sa Pilipinas.

If you're going to read well the document that SEC has issued, SEC was referring to EMGOLDEX PHILIPPINES, NOT EMGOLDEX which is a legit offshore company.
