Una-extrapolation. I told you that before.

Ikaduha - do you know how to count? And GDP per capita nah. Not GDP, understand the difference. Were 2nd in population among ASEAN countries pero were like what? 6th as fas as nominal GDP? That's pathetic.

    Ikatulo- wa sad ko kasabot.

Yeah keep telling yourself that its ok for the Philippines to be grouped with countries like Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar economically.

I have to agree. We were more resilient to the Asian crisis compared to our Asian neighbors, since most of the loans went to the productive sectors of the economy, our financial system was more robust, and available credit to businesses did not contract to the same extent as ours neighbors. And these were programs created by Mrs. Arroyo way back 2001-2006. Our export growth is also strong, as we have stronger trading ties with the United States. Finally, we have the largest overseas workforce remitting foreign currency that more than covers our present interest payments on public debt.

Yup! OFW usa sa major players why we keep on moving.. swimming like a fish. anyway lets not forget about the exports. This is one of the major factor. Pero sa weather disasters like e.g. Yolanda, since agri crops went down significantly pod.. i am hoping maka bawe ang pinas.

Seriously, unsay lisud sabton sa simple line graph? If you think 7.2% growth will change anything in that graph, that's good for you. But the fact is it doesn't differ as far as the landscape from the extrapolated graph. Extrapolation is a methodology used by the WB and IMF whether you like it or not. Di na hocus pocus.
