hope it's alright, ug ask lang ko if naa ka work karon sa Accenture kay i'm wondering if Accenture is still offering ITIL certification for free sa ilang mga employee?


likewise, any update or idea if naa available authorize certification institution sa Cebu? if naa, tag-pila sab to take sa certification?

ug unsa sab naka-advantage if naa ka ITIL certification rather than to have the more familiar the CCNA/MCP?

pwede ra man ka mo kuha og copy/proof sa website sa imong gi kuhaan... like in my case, EXIN... wala pud nako ma dawat ang hard copy og pin (ambot asa na kaha toh, ingon nila gi pada man kuno sa akong mailing address)...

depende ra na sa field of work... murag gamay pa ang demand ana diri sa Cebu...

usually ITIL requirement kung ITSM (IT Service Management) ang scope or kung Application Support and Maintenance ang scope...
