Scientific na ni atong training para dili na ta maabtan sa kala-ay. The past few years kutob ra jud tawn ko two weeks, karon medyo hapit na mu 2 months... hehehe

post workout, I usally eat with my friends... 1 cup of rice, 2 chicken breasts (about 30g Carbs, 30g protein) and a soft drink or juice (30g of carbs)... before sleep, 1-2 glasses of Non-Fat milk (1 glass, 12g carbs, 9g protein)...
I have a pre-workout meal too...
The thing is, nag calculate ko sa ako daily Carbs and Protein intake... divide into 6... 6 meals a day ko... Sundays ra ko dili mag kwenta... hehehe... either kulang or subra ako kaon hehehe..hmm. usually subra... i eat like a boar! hahaha...

I think most of my weight is in my beer belly... I mean medyo daut ko then palahubog ug tiyan... hehehe
