Sykes feedback - THINK TWICE BEFORE ACCEPTING A TEAM LEAD POSITION... There is no systematic approach to a rational load of tasks for team leads which leads to continuous overtime (usually without pay) just to complete the requirements... Higher management kept adding tasks without considering the present work load...
Team Leads continuously render extra time and effort when needed by the account/company... sacrificing their personal and family bonding time... but when they get sick due to overwork, the company does not seem to recognize that it is because of their work demands...
Hello guys, any updates on EXL? Like how much their actual salary is and if their benefits are really as awesome as they sound (free gym, free training for those in USRN accounts, etc)?
