I heard that there is no annual salary increase at Convergys and Sykes... Is this true?

Convergys people say that they have an annual salary increase

Sykes people say they hope it is not true... they had an annual salary increase in the past two years... no confirmation yet for 2013 (2012 performance)

Sykes feedback - THINK TWICE BEFORE ACCEPTING A TEAM LEAD POSITION... There is no systematic approach to a rational load of tasks for team leads which leads to continuous overtime (usually without pay) just to complete the requirements... Higher management kept adding tasks without considering the present work load...

Team Leads continuously render extra time and effort when needed by the account/company... sacrificing their personal and family bonding time... but when they get sick due to overwork, the company does not seem to recognize that it is because of their work demands...

Hello guys, any updates on EXL? Like how much their actual salary is and if their benefits are really as awesome as they sound (free gym, free training for those in USRN accounts, etc)?

naa pay isa ka call center BPO, ang reeracoen sa gagfa.. All Japanese and Japanese language. Nag Hiring me karon for data entry personnel. Specs are: able to read, write and understand Nihonngo, ok ra if dili kaayo fluent sa Japanese.
