    Need an advice ug kinsa to may pagka abogadohon diri hehehe

    Will ani ni siya,nag rent mi ug balay and for the month of dec..bago na ang tagiya sa balay so for month of december ang abang ky adto na namo ihatag sa bago nakapalit.Karon mga 1st week of jan naka decide mi mo transfer na lang,now my question here is dapat pa ba mi mo pay sa month of dec or sa jan na lang?pls ts need advice.thanks

    If gikan dec til now nagpuyo gihapon mo diha, of course bayaran jud na ninyo bro. Not because ni decide mo mamalhin is free na inyo pagpuyo diha.
    If nihawa na jud mo diha by 1st week of jan, pwede nimo sabuton ang tag-iya nga i inadlaw lng ang pagcompute sa na puy-an ninyo nga days diha. Bale abang for the whole month ÷ by 30.

    naa mo'y contract gi signan?
    if unsa ang term naa sa contract, you need to pay that in full bisan mohawa ka or else, pwede ka makasohan breach of contract which is dako2x sad ang penalty. pero, pwede gihapon na i-negotiate sa other party pra gaan2x sa imo part.

    mag depende rajud na sa inyo sabot and/or sabot sa mga tag-iya (previous and new). naa man uban bisan gipalit na, didto gihapon sa previous owner ihatag tong iya gi-market for a specified span of time.
    talk to them nlng.

    if walay contract, you need to pay kanang months or pwede mahangyo, number of days nga ni stay mo.

    Wala man nuon mi contract,infact wala sad proper turnover ang nakalain kag naa pa gani mi nag puyo gi hinay hinay na ug kuha ang mga birha sa balay ang katong prev.nga tag iya.

    depende sa style sa pagabang nimo...
    kung pagbalhin nnu diha petsa 30 den nihatag mog abang paganha nnu diha so moexpire na cia next month na...
    so kung december 30 nihatag mo so wala moi tagaanan sa january 30...

    may contract or wala, kanang advance payment mao na ang bayad nimo sa pinaka last. di na sila pwede maningil kay kung maningil gani na, meaning to say, newbie pa na sa business.

    wala man sad gi mention sa TS kung naay security deposit and advance payment, hehe.
    ideally, naa jud unta na pero naa man sad mohangyo uban maong magdepende nlng sa sabot.
    if with advance payment, good as paid na. then, if with security deposit, pa kwenta if pila ang damages if there's any then pa refund.

    Kuwang ug details gi post ni ts. Im renting man sad so i know mostly naa jud na advance deposit. Some two months pa gani. Pero ga wonder ko,ngano kuhaon man ang birha nga gipalit na man kaha ang balay?
