    Default is there someone here from Smart or knows someone who works at Smart?


    I don't know if I'm posting in the right category so please, to the mods, just do your thing if this needs to be moved.

    anyway...
    I'm looking for someone who works at Smart or knows someone who works there. I've been to two Smart stores in SM but I'm not satisfied with their response.

    I inquired about their Gadget plus plan 3-in-1 plan 1299. I found it in their website. the representative from the Jump Store was unsure of the details while the Rep from the Smart store at cyber zone was irate and I just didn't insist to ask more because I already got pissed with her attitude.

    I tried calling the number they posted on their website. the toll free for smart sim hotline was unavailable. the toll free for pldt landline lead me to PLDT HOME instead of SMART MOBILE INTERNET. they did not respond to my tweets and their reply on my Facebook PM was obviously generic.

    sa tinuod lang, na dishearten na ko sa ilang customer service. so would someone in here be willing to answer my inquiries once and for all?

    nope, wrong move, why not just go back to the store and talk to their store manager, im sure they have one and let them know about the attitude of their reps. kung store reps bitaw ang problem, just stay there and look for a manager. this happened to my gf before, and well, she talked to a manager and her request were approved like magic, haha

    Typical PH service from the the big providers. Customer care is just a facade, generally going no further than issuing reference numbers (if you're lucky enough to actually connect to an agent). Vote with your wallet, it's the only way things will improve... unless of course watchdogs start doing their job.

    My sister and I actually insisted that we were right but the rep also insisted he was. Maybe we're too polite for our own good. I don't really want to hurt his ego by slapping truth to his face that we are right. So we just left and decided to come back some other time and make sure that he won't be the one to entertain us anymore. I actually asked Smart through their Facebook page. They just answered the exact and specific answers when I insisted they answer my request right then and there. And guess what? We were right all along! I just hope that dude (and that irate woman) learned their lessons. I'm just not really the confrontational type that would go berserk in a public place because I don't get what I want. Anyway, they'll eventually know they are wrong.
