I'm visiting Cebu tomorrow for a 4 day trip. Where can i possibly get a cheaper car service?
Or is taxi much convenient? how much is the taxi rate and how to get a taxi in a local dialect?

i will be staying in Quest hotel and i will be visiting different universities like CTU, San Jose Recoletos, San Carlos, Southern Uni and more. i dont want to take cabs as much as possible since i've had a bad experience on it. hope u can help me. thanks
