The problem with this service is bisan mga nagpataka lang nga tech, modawat ani nga trabaho. Mao nga ubos na kaayo ang rate. I believe 1000 is a fair rate for competent techs. Kung nag-practice2x pa lang mo, you are not in any position to charge bisan 300php kay you also have something to gain in exchange.

I am not a tech but i will not even accept 1k for home service. 1k kung ila dalhon ila pc/laptop. Free for friends and relatives. Youll never know what favor you will need from them in the future.

A good thing to do is build your reputation. Dont charge a single cent from close friends and relatives. Tell them you are giving it pro-bono, which should have been this amount, but ask them to refer other clients in return.

Besides, bonus na lang ni for doing something you love. Loving it because you earn from it is a different thing.

for me, sakto ra tingali nang 500 pero kon layo gyud, papuno ta. like in my case naka service kog santa fe sa bantayan island og nakaabot pud kog alcoy in the south. kon 500 ra ako pangayuon naa pa kaha koy para sa kahago after na nako igasto sa transpo? 500 is very reasonable man as long as we do our service right. way apil pangilad og binuang. when we say warranty dapat we honor our word di sama sa ubang ubos kaayo mangayo pero if magbisyo ang gitrabaho bisan wa pa maabot ang warranty expiration di na motunga. anyway, naa may clients gani nga makasabot bisan 500 imo pangayuon usahay sobra pa, naay double og naay more than double if satisfied sa imo trabaho. sa mga foreigners di kaayo sila anang extra pay. tagsa ra sa kadaghan foreigners na servisan nako. mostly mohatag extra kadtong sa CIDG 7 sa una og mga negosyante og private individuals.hehe

murag ang usa sa rason maong gamay ra ang bayad kay tungod aning lisensya.. no need naman gd nig lisensya. unlike sa ubang profession nga naa juy lisensya.. makabungat jd kag tarong..
