2.) I listen to all kinds of music but prefer the sound of piercing guitar leads, piano solos and beautiful vocals, but not in a manner that would compromise the bass as I usually use that as a guide to determine the chords used in a song if ever I want to cover it. My question is would the said iems fit my style?
3.) The best headphones that Ive invested in was a pair of brainwavz m4s, Would buying the im 50 or 70 make any noticeable difference from the m4s that I often wear?
Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post.
havent tried any of those IEMs you mentioned so i really cant comment on them, but based on your listening preferences, you like a Mids-centric sound with a hint of punchy bass thats not too thick. Grados are the king of Mids with a forward,in-your-face sound, but they are about 3-4x the price of those ATH

hope someone here can comment about them
