Somehow, your receptionist was very unwilling to be more patient and not being discourteous. By the end of the day, i was looking for a good paint shop and got a very warm welcome by the owner himself of JV cars along Gov. Cuenco and J. Luna st. And believe me, you could have gotten more job and referrals from me. So maybe, your telephone operator should be given a year's seminar of customer care. But I thank you for giving me time and who knows, maybe I might come to your shop one day and meet you personally. They say you are one of the best. But being the best does not only mean good workmanship but also customers satisfaction in all aspect.
