if ana ug thinking ang tanan magpa-insured then no insurance company will exist.. Insurance is also a business.. no one shall gain in the event of loss, not the insurance company and most especially dili dapat maka-gain ang client out of an accident.. mao nay gitawag na if labad na gani ug ulo daan and nagplano magpa-insured, how much more if naa na silay claim

Mao nay giingon nga - That is why we never develop as a people bro. Puro pamintaha ang gihuna-huna.
Likayan gyud na ang mga tao nga ingon ana ug pangisip bro.

The principle behind indemnity is a compensation/restoration to a level just before the accident or injury or illegal act. The insured should not be able to profit by damage or destruction of property, nor should the insured be in a worse financial position after a loss.

Strictly speaking, indemnity is protection from loss and damage claims filed by another person - Wisegeek

Amen to that....hehehe...naa pud diay mo sa insurance boss maldito & arnulfo?

BTW bro Nagger, one of the principles of insurance is the principle of indemnity, to be indemnified means the insured is to be restored to the same financial position that he was in before the loss occured, in case of loss, insured shall be compensated up to the extent of the loss only (should never be more than fully indemnified).

If your buy insurance, you are buying peace of mind, kung mabangga ka, insurance mopa ayo sa imong sakyanan but naa pud ka share sa deductible. Katong nahitabo sa imong migo ang iyang gibayran ato is deductible. Every motorcar comprehensive policy is naa jud deductible. Deductible is the leverage of the insurance company for assureds like you nga kusog mamintaha.

But if you are thinking nga gansi ka kung di ka mabangga within 1 year, ayaw na lang kuha ug insurance, and if ever mabangga pud ka ayaw pud pangita ug insurance ha....

Yes. I've been with the non-life insurance industry for more than five years. I'm affiliated with MAPFRE-Insular, Mercantile Insurance, Perla Insurance, BPI-MS and Sterling Insurance.

Default companya na di ka buangon

mangutana lang ko ninyu boss mga legit naman jud mo,
unsa na insurance company ang maayo ra kay mo assist after you incurred an accident??

maka tagam ang prudential, ni report me didto 2 days after the accident gi picturan pa ang damage.
niya wa sa me mo dayon ug paayo kay wa pay kwarta, pag abot nas panahon nanaay budget (3 months later),
di na me i-honor kay nisaylo na daw ug 1 month after the incident.
by the time didto me 2 days after sa incident wa jud me ingna na 1 month ra ang validity sa complain.
hilas pa kay mo tobag ug mo dag pangutana ang head didto o kinsa man to.
I mean, wa man lang gani jud me ka feel na gitabangan me ba just like how warm they welcomed us when we availed the insurance.
di naman lang sa money pero ang attitude lang nila towards namo when we ask for assistance.

Then when we got the car repaired, the shop helped us to still claim the insurance,
so with the powers and twists and turns sa manager sa car shop she managed to make Prudential agree na they will take part.
the vehicle is registered in my uncle's name who is overseas, so they issued the cheque by his name and told us it wont be claimed not unless my uncle will be the one to claim.
damn, they're making it impossible. but after a year, kay mag renew naman, ni sugot sila na mag affidavit lang sa mo claim.
I mean, their attitude and service sucks. Opportunistang dagko.

So, mao lang ni, unsa na insurance company ang arang arang ang panghuna huna? :3
