Sugot ba mo na i implement sa Cebu ning sistemaha? Nindot unta e filter out kung kinsa jud ang Cebuano ug ang taga gawas. Mailhan sad ning mga squatter na gikan sa gawas. Mas makatabang pud nis mga real Cebuano tax payer og students kay maka benefit sila sa Cebu government. The national government is so corrupt and useless. I think it's better that a system like this would be implemented.

Lemme throw a question to everyone how come Filipinos love to create divisions? why won't we look for a systematic unified ID for everyone. but instead of one design, the design will depend on what area he got that ID so easier Identification. I think it is much better than putting a stigma that if you don't have this you are not belong to this group.
