Yes you need to file after registration, but it doesn't mean nga mobayad dayon ka kun mo-file ka. Filing is different thing and payment is also another thing. Kun wala pa ka halin, or wala paka nag start ug operate but you are already registered, you need to file "No Operation" or "zero" sales para wala kay bayaran.
Kun naa naka halin, whether gamay or dako, kinahanglan na jud ka mobayad ug tax. Ang tax kay mag-depende sa imong halin. Kun non-vat ka or percentage tax, 3% sa imong halin kay imong ibayad. Kung VAT registered ka, 12% sa imong sales but with the benefit of deducting your Input VAT sa purchases/expenses.
@vincedin Hi! I am a home-based freelancer, so I am not connected with any company. I need help in filing my taxes, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, etc. Do you take on individual clients? How much would be the fee? Pls PM me, thanks!
