Hi,
Is the rate negotiable for a 1-year contract?
What's the limit to the number of people?
I have a wife and 3 small kids and I'm looking to rent a condo at the I.T Park.

I think the Calyx building has rules and regulations on the amount of people allowed to live in each condo.
