    I have 2 recommendations, cordymax - according to my friends who used it, it eventually resets the way your body behaves and ma improve imo sleep plus daghan pa ka energy on the next day; 2nd is cortitrol - according sa ako friend from a call center na he had issues on sleeping kay nagkadevelop sya insomnia, when he used cortitrol, relax na siya at the same time even if 4 hours lang iya sleep, when he wakes up, it feels like he had complete 8 hrs rest. both are food supplements.

    for me drink milk, then follow your regular sleeping pattern. I also take vitamins (iron) before going to bed, usually deep sleep gyud ko ani hahahaha magduka pa ganeh the next day.

    ang technique ana bro kay mag set ka og time, hours before og sa targeted time sa imong sleep.
    Kabantay ka makasulti ka nga "tag ala una o alas dos ko makatulog"... Mao na ginatawag nga sleep time cycle...
    Paningkamoti adto ka sa higdaanan nimo mga 7pm, makatulog ka og 9pm... og next day dukaon nasad ka ing-ana nga time...

    Suwayi boss, no need to drink something ni akong advice...

    Naa ko mga kaila working in call centers nga naay ingani nga problema dugay makatulog. Ila gi-take ra jud is USANA Essentials na supplements. Gipa suway ra sad sila sa ila mga kauban nga mao sad problema. Satisfied user jud sila kay mo normal jud ila prefered sleeping tym.
