mga bros, kanang mga sales, dili na sila suhito tanan... kun amg expect mo na the same level ninyo sila ug knowledge sa computer HW, ma dismaya lang mo. the same ni sa uban butang like Car audio... or even palit mo'g sakyanan, motor ug uban pa na butang... kun mag detail namo ug pangutana, naa gyud sales na dili katubag... labi na, general sales lang na sila. ang mga technical sales hinoon, maka tubag pero, dili pud tanan kay dili man pareho'g level ang naa sa kaban of knowledge...
bisan kita gani diri, dili pareho'g level sa knowledge aning "Passion" nato... how much more sa mga sales persons. even though, that is their bread and butter, don't expect too much lang gyud ta.
hard example ai, kita na naa diri, nganong, ang uban, suhito man ug ang uban dili? ang uban, bisan ang field of expertise, dili sa PC HW or electronic related pero, bisan pa bali2x-hon nato'g pangutana, ang tubag kay "with content" man... dili man patakag hamag... we'll as i've said, lain2x man ta'g level man lagi sa atoang 1st hand experience and researched knowledge...

I think the issue here isn't the product knowledge per se pero ang customer service sa employee.
Even if wa gyud siya kahibaw, there is a better way of saying it or at least he should show initiative and willingness to answer the query from the customer.
Although we cannot expect them to know everything there is to know (kay kung suwito pa na sila probably hagbay ra na naka work as manager or nag abroad).
We also have to understand nga dili sad ta mu expect nga here sa Pilipinas... ang tig baligya aning mga computer parts kay in depth gyud ug product knowledge. Oftentimes, it takes someone nga hilig gyud ug computers para mu research gyud sya sa specifications ana tanan.
All of this could have been resolved kung gi tarong lang pag sulti or naay proper customer service orientation even if lacking in product knowledge.
Me, as a customer, if I see something that interests me on computers, gadgets, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc. I do more research of the specifications of the said product/ item before buying the said item/s. Dako jud nag chances sa ila nahibaw-an sa mga sales clerks naa jud naa sayup or wala product knowledge.
If specification wise lang, I never ask to sales clerks/ ladies. I usually ask the price, availability, color.
